Return Policy

At Prowin Corp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and 7 days after the return is approved to ship the item.

  2. Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  3. Custom Items: All custom items, including custom-striped uniforms, screen-printed products, embroidered items, and any products that have been altered or customized at the customer's request, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
  4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  5. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns for reasons other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

  6. Refunds: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted even if the order qualified for free shipping.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@prowincorp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Items sent back to us, without our prior authorization, will not be accepted.

  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  4. Ship the Item: Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable) or purchase your own shipping label. Make sure to include the return authorization number inside the package.

  5. Notify Us: Email us the tracking number once the return is shipped.

Processing Timeline:

  • Return Approval: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Restocking Fee: If applicable, the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted even if the order qualified for free shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days with a 15% restocking fee applied to the total amount. The 15% restocking fee will be waived if item is a manufacture defect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
