Prowin QuickBooks App End-User License Agreement

Effective date: June 29, 2026

This End-User License Agreement applies to the Prowin QuickBooks Estimate Builder operated by Prowin Corp.

Internal-use application

The application is a private internal business tool used only by Prowin Corp and its authorized personnel. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to the general public.

Authorized use

The application may be used only for legitimate Prowin Corp business purposes, including:

• Retrieving QuickBooks customer and product information
• Reviewing invoice and estimate information
• Preparing customer estimates
• Creating and updating estimates in QuickBooks Online
• Maintaining internal business records

Restrictions

Users may not:

• Use the application without authorization from Prowin Corp
• Attempt to access QuickBooks companies they are not authorized to access
• Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the application
• Use the application for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the application or its connected services

QuickBooks integration

The application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized application programming interface.

Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s terms, policies, and account requirements.

Ownership

The Prowin QuickBooks Estimate Builder, including its source code, design, functionality, and related materials, is owned by Prowin Corp.

No warranty

The application is provided for internal use on an as-available basis. Prowin Corp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prowin Corp is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

Prowin Corp may suspend or terminate access to the application at any time.
